In early march, Rm 4 and other Discovery Academies went to Tunohopu Marae. I enjoyed paddling the waka because it was my first time and it was fun! There were 2 wakas at the lakefront.The man in charge taught us some chants as we paddled. I was wet and cold and my hands were tired.But it was an awesome experience!!!
